Invasi dal gusto was born from the idea of potting aromas, flavours and years of experience in professional kitchens halfway around the world. We use the best fruit and bring it to full ripeness. We cook it in low, wide pots for fast evaporation to keep the aromas, flavours and colours intact. We select spectacular meats and cook them over low heat and long cooking times. Our ragouts cook for at least 5 hours.
All products are completely natural with no added colourings, preservatives or gelling agents. Our mission? To have the shortest possible ingredient list!
