Our products are aimed at butchers and laboratories that produce cured meats and meat preparations. Our experience, which began in the early 1980s with Mr. Aurelio Serrapiglio, has allowed us to select high-performance companies and products over the years, and to have been actively present in the meat market for over 40 years.
