For several generations, the Ruscigno Family has been producing this oil from processing olives from their own olive groves grown in the Materane hills. With Olio EVO BIO Ruscigno you have the opportunity to take care of your health while respecting the environment. Our EVO BIO oil is km 0: the olives are harvested by the method of hand picking and processed after a maximum of 3h from their collection, obtaining an oil rich in beneficial properties. You can also find it in the cosmetic line Bioinside & out, which is the result of an artisanal and careful processing.
