We are a family-run company, located in Basilicata Region, our production is based on the use of the BEST DURUM WHEATS 100% of ITALIAN ORIGIN, cultivated in our fields and in the Southern Italy thanks to Short Supply Chain projects with local farms. Our pasta is BRONZE EXTRUDED and SLOWLY DRIED AT LOW TEMPERATURE. We take care of the environment: we use organic and ecological fertilizers in our fields, the production plant uses certified green energy and the package is made of recyclable paper. CONVENTIONAL LINE and ORGANIC LINE in our range, we have BRC and Organic certifications.
