ANTONIO'S ARTISAN PRESERVES FROM CALABRIA: We are located in Capistrano (VV) and are one of the very few companies in Calabria to process our products directly from the raw materials, therefore from the FRESH product and NOT from barrels of brine. The process follows ancient traditions, passed down by two generations of merchants and street vendors who made their homemade preserves and resold them at various markets in the Calabrian Preserre area. The process is entirely done by hand, from peeling the product, to bottling, to final sterilization.
