The farm is an ancient Grange from the Byzantine period born from a settlement of the Basilian monks to whom the "Pennulara" variety of olive planting is due. The farm is located in the Municipality of Caccuri and has a company area of 50 hectares at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. As we said, the olive trees are centuries old and as far as the production of the oil is concerned, the company processes only cultivars of the "Pennulara" olives or “Nostrana” olives from Caccuri. The company is certified organic, and its olives are processed in its own mill.
