Since 60 years ago our company has been the reference in Calabria for fresh meat and derivatives. In addition to our 4 butchers, we have our own slaughterhouse where we slaughter our livestock. Our salami factory today is known both for the production of traditional Calabrian cured meats and for other unique cooked products, such as the Calabrian mortadella with Nduja and green olives (produced using only fine meat), the "Cotto di Calabria®" (cooked slowly for 18 hours at low temperature) or pork cooked in a wood oven.
