The lemon of Rocca Imperiale PGI belong to the "femminello" group.
This fruit has an elongated shape, medium dimensions and a weight over 100 gr (0.22 lbs);
the juice yield is very high, more than the 30%, the seeds are almost
absent and the smell of the peel is strong and excellent.
From the qualitative point of view The Lemon of Rocca Imperiale PGI
shows excellent credentials, as revelaed by the results of the analyses,
showing a high quantity of "limonene", more than 70%.
