Our factory, nestled in the unspoiled nature of Calabria, is situated in the territory of the Alto Marchesato Crotonese at 850 meters above the sea level, between the districts of Mesoraca and Petilia Policastro. The fresh mountain air and the nearby sea create a perfect microclimate that gives to our sausages and delicatessen a unique inimitable delicious flavor. Our passion comes from a long life family tradition, that goes back to the times when our fathers Giuseppe used to select the best national pork meat in order to produce homemade sausages and cured meat products.
