Since 1939, our Mill produces slowly ground durum and soft wheat flours, rich in wheat germ. We supply only professionals, in 25 kg bags. For over 20 years, we have made hand-stretched, stone-baked, wood-fired precooked pizza and focaccia bases (12-month shelf life). Specializing in large formats like 60x27 pizza alla pala and "schiacciata" focaccia, we also produce frozen dough balls for proofing.
