Tripizzi ’Nduja di Spilinga is one of the most authentic symbols of Calabria.
Its identity comes from the use of Tripizzi chili peppers, locally grown on Monte Poro, which give it an intense color, a rich aroma, and a balanced spiciness.
Made according to traditional methods, this specialty is rooted in the ancient recipe of Grandmother Vittoria, guardian of time-honored knowledge, who kept alive the flame of the first artisanal production of ’nduja di Spilinga.
Even today, every taste embodies a story of land, culture, and passion.
