Olivolio S.C.A. established in 2005 by olive growers from the Tyrrhenian and Ionian areas. The Olivolio Soc. Coop. Agricola was established on 18/10/2005, the Articles of Association were signed by important olive growers, both individual and associated, from the pre-Aspromontana Tyrrhenian area of Reggio and the Ionian area of Locride. Areas with a prevalence of cultivars (Ottobratica, Sinopolese, and Grossa di Gerace).
