Our company, located inside the Pollino National Park, is specialized in the production of pickled vegetables, jams and preserves, using fresh raw materials at km. zero, without the use of preservatives, colorants or chemical additives. The jams and preserves have as ingredients only fruit and sugar and the pickled vegetables are exclusively in extra virgin olive oil. It ranges from spicy Calabrian chili pepper to dried tomatoes, from citron to bergamot, without forgetting the famous red onion of Tropea!
