The ‘Pastificio Pirro’ offers a pasta produced according to a careful manufacturing process also including the bronze extrusion, because we direct our attention and choices towards the continuous search of quality and respect for tradition. Pirro Brothers use in their production Calabrian Black Truffle and typical Calabrian ingredients, such as spicy chili pepper, Tropea onion, Porcini mushrooms from Sila.
