The company Caseificio Brizzi is located in Acconia di Curinga, wonderful location in the heart of Calabria, optimal logistical location due to proximity to the major regional infrastructures. Drawing on his father's great experience they brought innovation and expanded the production specializing in processing of stretched curd products such as provola, scamorza, caciocavallo, mozzarella and pecorino both fresh and seasoned, including many sold the one with Calabrian chili pepper.
