Salumificio Terre di Calabria is a company that manages a fully integrated supply chain, starting from the birth of the pigs and extending through to meat processing.
The company has 120 white-breed sows and 20 black-breed sows, ensuring a dual production line reflected in its cured meats: a White Line and a Black Line. From this foundation, the company produces traditional cured meats, sausages, and whole muscle aged cuts, as well as the traditional ’Nduja, a true symbol of the region.
