The Scalzie Farm's love for agriculture and its success are the fruit of a constant commitment to understanding olive oil culture and the exchange of knowledge between father and son.

Papa Luigi was born in 1933, and from childhood his passion was olive growing. This fueled a secret hope of one day owning his own olive oil mill. The modern facility, located on a stunning terrace overlooking the Marchesato, is the culmination of his dream. It is located in Pietra Grande, approximately 700 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Petronà. It was founded in the 1990s.
