Tonno Tripodi was born from a family story of passion and resilience, inspired by grandmother Grazia, who worked as a factory worker and later as a quality manager at the Nostromo tuna factory in the 1960s. Grazia, a prominent figure in artisanal tuna processing, carried on this tradition even after the company closed, making jars of tuna at home that were cherished by friends and neighbors.

The current brand honors her legacy, aiming to revive that craftsmanship while supporting the local community with a high-quality product that embodies tradition and passion.
