Casa Iuorio is a farm located in Palomonte, in the province of Salerno, covering about 11 hectares.
We are passionate about agriculture and we want to contribute to the respect the environment and biodiversity of the places where we grew up.
We produce preserved tomatoes, ready-made sauces, pickled vegetables, creams, and fruit compotes.
All our ingredients—tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, artichokes, peppers—are cultivated in our own,our fields in Palomonte and hand-processed in our laboratory.
