Casa Iuorio is a farm in the province of Salerno. We grow vegetables in respect of the environment and biodiversity, and process them in our own laboratory into preserved tomatoes, ready-made sauces, pickled vegetables, creams, and compotes.
We prepare artisanal recipes, ready to eat in few in minutes. The "Open & Eat" line is designed for families and the HORECA sector. Fried eggplant in cherry tomato sauces, zucchini scapece, escarole with bruised olives and capers, Neapolitan ragù, Neapolitan Genovese, and ready-made cheesebalsl Sauce are ready-to-serve recipes.
