Since 1950 we produce salted anchovies, anchovy fillets in oil, colatura di alici. Colatura derives from GARUM and was used by the Ancient Romans as a dressing for all their food. The colatura di alici (Anchovy Sauce) is one of the specialities of Amalfi Coast culinary art. Our product is prepared with the same dedication as in the past, respecting the tradition. People loves to mix it with olive oil in a 2: 1 ratio of oil: colatura . People use it regularly, especially on pasta and as a sauce for raw vegetables.
