Dell’Orto’s family, produces high quality extra virgin olive oil with passion and love. The property covers about 20 acres, with 2000 plants of Carpellese, Frantoio, Rotondella and Leccino. Dell’Orto uses the best technology and machinery available. Extraction is cold at a temperature of approximately 80°F, thereby preserving both the organoleptic characteristics of the extra virgin olive oil, and the authenticity of the final product which is high in polyphenol antioxidants well known for its many health benefits. Dell’Orto is also certified for the cultivation of ORGANIC and D.O.P. olives.
