Since 1907 the company, mixing history, tradition and passion, has made wheat processing a true art, respecting the history of Gragnano. The Antico Pastificio "Gaetano Faella" is located in Piazza Marconi at no. 13/14. The production is distinguished by some very specific procedures: first of all, the use of mixtures of high quality 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, the use of pure spring water from Gragnano which is another essential element, then a slow mixture with bronze drawing and typically traditional drying at a very low temperature (max 48°C).
