Pastificio Marulo produces pasta of the highest quality in the province of Naples. The pasta factory produces just twelve quintals a day, specialising in SUPER PREMIUM products aimed at a ‘gourmet’ clientele. Our pasta is the result of a careful selection of fine raw materials and processes that epitomise tradition and quality. Pastificio Marulo uses only 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn and slowly dried, giving the pasta its unmistakable colour, aroma, texture and porosity. The pasta factory is certified Kosher, BRC, FDA, Organic and Blockchain.
