The Corbisiero family has almost a century of experience in the production of cured meats. From an essentially seasonal and local production, today they have European markets where they regularly deliver their products. They have a new production facility inaugurated in 2024 with 2000 sq.m. of space, efficient and modern production and curing plants. They have a certified quality system in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 22005:2005 and 22000:2018 standards.
