The farm was established on the Lepini mountains, a few kilometres from Rome. Since 1957 we produce extra virgin olive oil, spreads and organic chestnuts. Our pressing technique today is the same of the past, cold extraction with stone mills and sweet pressing. In this way our Extra Virgin Olive Oil preserves intact the organoleptic properties of the fruit, made only 100% from olives. Our organic chestnuts are selected and packaged in our company. The wide range of spreads satisfies all palates, produced with our extra virgin olive oil.
