The "Alta Quota" brewery was founded 8 years ago in Cittareale, a small mountain village in the province of Rieti (Lazio), at the border between Abruzzo and Umbria region and close Marche. Our beers (produced with pure mountain water) are unfiltered and are fermented in the bottle with no addes preservatives and additives. 15 beers brewed with artisan methods. Some of the beers contain spelt, wheat "Senatore Cappelli" and hops grown in the area. The last beers produced are L’Alba BIO, Greta Gluten Free, Ancestrale made with stale bread (in collaboration with Slow Food Italia and Eataly).
