Caffè Martella was founded in Rome in 1940 and is now run by the third generation of the Martella family. The roastery stands for uncompromising quality and is renowned worldwide for its premium espresso with a delicate and pleasantly chocolaty flavour. The coffee is roasted using a traditional artisanal process – slow, even, and with meticulous attention to detail. Caffè Martella is committed to transparency, sustainable sourcing, and true craftsmanship. It is the first roastery in Italy to indicate on its packaging which high-quality coffee beans are used and where they come from.
