It produces fermented condiments obtained from local raw materials, as an
excellence brand of Latium gastronomy. The range of products includes flavor
enhancers and condiments like miso, sauces and UmOri-powders.
The unmistakable Italian taste is obtained using methods rooted in the far East
and local, organic raw materials, all naturally fermented.
