SILVAE was set up in Itri to produce High
Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
This new, expanding organization aims to
safeguard the cultural landscape
heritage of its territory. It has recovered
abandoned olive groves and by using
sustainable agricultural techniques
cultivates a thousand ITRANA olive trees to
produce an EVO Oil with a unique
aromatic bouquet which is one of the most
appreciated in the world. SILVAE's cultivation is deep rooted, and
dates back to Omero’s Odyssey. The territory is mostly rocky, characterized by hills overlooking
the sea close to Gaeta’s Gulf and Ulysses Riviera.
