In the éViva line we produce 100% Italian flour and semolina (glyphosate- and pesticide-free), enriched with live wheat germ and no additives. Our pasta, always with wheat germ, is bronze-extruded and slow-dried. Under the Olio Piano brand, we offer a medium-fruity, award-winning EVO, and stand out worldwide for Peranzana olives in sea water, also prized. We use the same premium oil for pickled vegetables. All are 100% natural and free from undesired substances, meeting demands for health, purity, origin, sustainability, well-being, and ethical impact.
