The Antica Masseria Caroli is located in a big "masseria" and, thanks to the old experience of the Caroli’s family, in addition to its own olives, it also selects olives from neighboring areas. It thus produces different types of extra-virgin olive oils. Always attentive to the quality of the product, it offers a refined selection of other typical products, including fresh and dried artisanal pasta. SALUMI MARTINA FRANCA SRL is based with its own laboratory on the Martina Franca hill in the heart of the Murgia dei Trulli and the enchanting Valle d'Itria.
