The company ANTICA MASSERIA CAROLI SRL is located in a big “Masseria”, located in Martina Franca, in the area of the “Trulli” and the typical “Masserie”. The property belongs to the Caroli family: olive growers and millers for three generations! They produce different varieties of evoo (also Organic evoo), natural spiced olive oils, fresh and dried handcrafted pasta. Always careful to the high quality of its products, they offer a fine selection of other typical products, including: the typical Capocollo of Martina Franca "Slow Food Presidium" and cured meat of Apulian Black pig!
