Pugliarella was founded in 1985 in San Severo, in the north of Apulia, as a family farm. Since then, we have been cultivating our own land and today we turn what we grow into artisanal pasta and extra virgin olive oil. Our pasta is made using bronze dies and slow drying, while our olive oil, from Peranzana olives, is cold-pressed within hours of harvest. We manage every step ourselves, from the field to the final product, allowing us to ensure quality, consistency and a clear identity.
