Since 1985, we have been cultivating our wheat and olive fields with mastery in the heart of Puglia, specifically in San Severo (FG), combining tradition, quality, and sustainability.
The result is an artisanal pasta, bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, preserving its authentic flavor, perfect texture, and the nutritional properties of the wheat.
Our extra virgin olive oil, monocultivar Peranzana, cold-extracted from hand-harvested olives, releases intense aromas and a perfectly balanced flavor. Each product expresses our passion and respect for nature
