We are in Monopoli, south of Bari, at the gateway to the Valle d’Itria. Here, even today, the Scisci family has been passing down the finest Apulian olive oil tradition and culture for four generations. It was here, in this very courtyard, that the family’s first oil mill was established in the early 1900s, giving life to a business driven by love and dedication. The company has been handed down from father to son and continues today in full respect of the teachings received, never losing sight of the artisanal expertise and deep respect for raw materials that form the core of its philosophy.
