Up on a hill in the Tavoliere della Puglia, since 1743 The Pavoni’s Masseria Fortificata towers the surrounding slopes covered with olive trees. The new owners, the Simeone-Mercaldi’s are going to renovate it in order to make it a place of history, culture, nature and great production of olive oil. We produce Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil: Leccino, Blend, Coratina awarded at “The Best Olive Oils” Competition in New York, year 2016&2017.
The entire production, from the olive orchards to harvest, from oil milling to bottling, is performed by people who believe in quality and tradition.
