‘Zecla’s S’composte’ is a company founded by Claudia and Fabio and based in Salento (Puglia).
Claudia (‘Zecla’ for her friends) from Lecce is an architect, for whom making marmalades and jams is a family tradition. Fabio, also from Lecce, is an agronomist. Their project is the result of the idea of producing jams and products for food tasting that are of artisanal manufacture and at the same time display a sophisticated taste. Their final product is the result of long experimentations with new tastes and new combinations of ingredients, including fruits with spices and vegetables.
