Pastificio P.M.C started in 1986 as a small handicraft business in Alberobello. Pastificio, Maria and Caterina, officials of the business, decided to make known the traditional tastes of the land of the Trulli, focusing on its typical product: PASTA. Orecchiette, Cavatelli, and many other types of pasta are produced with strict respect to the most traditional ancient pasta makers handed down from past generations.
