Quattroemme was founded in Rutigliano (Bari) in 1989, first as a tarallificio (tarall factory) under the guidance of founders Fedele and Vincenzo Minischetti, and then, since 2020, under the leadership of Davide Minischetti, as a point of reference for the production of the typical focaccia barese, both in ATM and frozen form.
Today, Quattroemme is a leader in the distribution of focaccia barese in ATM packaging for the Italian large-scale retail market.
Quattroemme is an IFS-certified company that produces both its own brand and private label products.
