Sapori di casa is an apulian family farm which cultivates in organic agriculture fruit and vegetables and transform it in canned vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, paté and fruit jam. We are from Conversano a town near Alberobello and the sea of Polignano a mare. We don't use semi-finished product, neither preservatives or additives but only extravirgin olive oil, vinegard, sugar and lemon juice to ensure the microbiological stability of products. We follow the whole supply chain in order to track maniacally all the quality aspects. i
