Pistacchio Sofì Srl is a company based in Bronte, specialized in manufacturing and handmade production of Sicilian pistachio-based products. The name "Sofì" is a tribute to Sofia, daughter of Alfredo and Cinzia, who have been always pastry chef colleagues and spouses, but also a representation of the "sophisticated" way of working the raw material in an artisanal way. The commitment, in the short and long term, is to continue creating new and original products that become part of families' daily lives.
