Bacco, born in 2006, is a certified sicilian company that deals with the entire production and transformation chain of pistachio. Production model is based on control of entire supply chain, from harvesting to storage up to processing and finished product, and on extraordinary quality of the raw material combined with processing techniques which, while remaining artisanal, combine wisdom of manual work with the use of innovative machinery.
