"The Pastificio Minardo is a small certified organic artisan laboratory, born in Sicily in 2007 to produce, protecting the environment and human health, high quality pasta with the local and ancient varieties of wheat Russello and Timilia.Our production chain (from cultivation to storage up to all subsequent processing stages) is entirely local and all BIO. The semolina is mixed at room temperature with mineral water. The pasta is bronze drawn and dried at low temperatures (from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 72 hours).
