Ours is a family-run business dedicated to the production and processing of high-quality table olives of the ‘Nocellara del Belice’ and ‘Giarraffa’ varieties, sourced exclusively from the Belice Valley area in the province of Trapani. Our production methods enable us to offer a final product that retains all the characteristics of yesteryear. The olives are processed green, sliced and in brine, or whole black olives in brine. The ‘Nocellara del Belice’ is also available whole and green for a sweet aperitif, using the Castelvetrano method, or as baked black olives.
