Our story began in 1984, born from a deep love for family and the Hyblaean land in Palazzolo Acreide. Today, the estate spans approximately 50 hectares of super-intensive olive groves, the result of meticulous planning and collaborations with Italian and international universities and nurseries. This has allowed us to select cultivars that perfectly combine sustainability, production efficiency, and superior quality. The third generation—Damiano and Giuseppe, under the guidance of Salvatore—continues to uphold a tradition that looks toward the future without ever forgetting its roots.
