Frantoi Covato, situated in the picturesque Iblei Mountains in San Giacomo, a hamlet of Ragusa, in the charming Southeast of Sicily, stand as a deeply rooted testament to tradition and quality since 1985. Our mission is to produce excellent extra virgin olive oil, obtained from distinctive centennial olive groves "protected" by the famous "dry stone walls" of the Iblei region. These walls, erected in the past to delineate the plots of the plateaus, are an integral part of our agricultural heritage.
