Our story is closely intertwined with that of Castelvetrano. For four generations, the Drago family has been dedicated to milling wheat and producing high-quality flours and semolina. Since 1991, Filippo Drago has led the company, enhancing Sicilian grains, carefully selected and processed using modern technologies and natural stone mills. Today, Molini del Ponte is internationally present, with products appreciated across Europe, the United States, and Japan.
