The Brand Nebrodi Agricultural Cooperative was founded to preserve and enhance the purity of the Nebrodi Black Pig, raised semi-wild in the heart of the Nebrodi Park, in Santa Domenica Vittoria (ME), on 140 hectares of pristine forest. We operate a closed-loop system, monitoring every stage of the animal's life, from birth to processing.
Our pigs feed exclusively on the forest's natural resources, supplemented only with Sicilian barley. Each animal is registered with the ANAS (National Association of Italian Pigs) registry, guaranteeing the origin and purity of the breed.
