In the heart of Sicily, among the hills of Valderice, a story of passion and innovation was born. It all began in 1831, when the nobility of Trapani founded an oil mill, starting a centuries-old tradition. In 1949 Pietro Gabriele joined the company and in 1974 he became the sole owner, transforming the mill into a production of excellence. His son Alberto, together with his wife Iolanda, continued the development until 2002, introducing cold extraction. Today, the third generation, with Pietro and Laura, projects the 0.2 brand on international markets, combining authenticity and tradition.
